Councillor Marc Grant expressed concerns about the lack of responses they’ve received in regard to the development and noted that at a public information meeting about the proposal, only one member of the public attended. “We’ve had no responses to this one development because again, there’s nobody living around there, but the people who live south of these areas will feel the impacts in the future,” said Grant.
Grant also posed the question as to whether there were additional ways to include a larger group of people at the beginning of discussions for future developments.
