Ward 5 town Coun. Marc Grant voiced concerns about whether the property would have sufficient parking.
McConnell noted that for the 10-storey building 258 resident parking spaces are proposed, along with 50 visitor parking spaces and 12 commercial parking spaces.
Another 30 parking spaces are available for the 15 townhouse units while a further 36 parking spaces are available for the 36 stacked townhouse units.
Grant voiced concerns about the amount of retail parking noting that although the number conforms to town bylaws it may prove inadequate.
